In the second phase, the Southbeach Diet reintroduces carbohydrates back into your diet that you love. Even though, they are reintroduced into your system in very small amounts. There are two kinds of carbs, carbs that do good work for your system and bad carbs that build fat in your body. You will eat less of the bad carbs and more of the good carbs.
